    Title: Chocolate Mint Shake

    Yield: 1 Serving

    1 c Chocolate ice cream
    1 Pkg chocolate instant
    - breakfast drink
    4 oz Whole milk
    1/2 ts Peppermint extract

    A cool and minty combination.

    Mix in blender until smooth.

    Per serving: 500 calories, 16 g protein
