    Add ssh.c after the DeuceSSH probe

    CMake populated the source list before the DeuceSSH configure probe
    could force WITHOUT_DEUCESSH on. A failed probe therefore still tried
    to compile ssh.c without the DeuceSSH headers or library.

    Add ssh.c directly to the target only when DeuceSSH remains enabled
    after the probe.

    Closes !708

    Propagate Botan's CryptoAPI dependency through the vendored
    CMake target when its Windows certificate-store module is enabled.

    Fix MSVC SSH log test linking

    Keep SDL from remapping the test entry point and link the vendored Botan target explicitly. Use the C++ linker for Botan-backed test builds.
