Depends on the site of cancer. Stomach has 3 functional and structural parts - fundus,
body and antrum - pylorus.
Cancer of the fundus presents as early satiety, those of the body present will usually not
have early symptoms, those of the Antropyloric region presents as stale food vomiting.
In general early signs of any region of stomach cancer presents with loss of appetite,
fatigue, weight loss and early satiety.
