Experience description:

I had sleep paralysis (I get it like every night) and usually I can get out of it right away, but this time I couldn't. Someone told me the way they got out was moving their whole body at once so I decided to try something new. So I moved all my limbs and they came out of my body. My head and torso weren't though and I think it's because I forgot to move it. But anyways, I noticed
my body felt SO LIGHT and SO EASY to move. I kept putting my hand in the air and I couldn't see it but I knew where it was and I could feel it. I was also aware of where my real arm was. I kept moving my legs so fast, it's
impossible to move as fast as I did when you're alive. The last thing I did
was I was going to sit up so I put my elbow on the bed and it went through my bed.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes
It's unlike anything in earth so there's no words to describe it

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience? High

Was the experience dream like in any way? Not at all

Yes Nothing was there but I knew where I was.

What emotions did you feel during the experience? No emotions, it felt like they didn't exist.

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes I could feel but it's not describable in words, especially when my arm went through the bed. When my hand was in the air it felt very similar to my normal hand

Did you have any sense of altered space or time? Yes Didn't exist

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose? Uncertain Well when it happened, it felt so familiar like I was supposed to be out of my body

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices? It's given me mite knowledge and I'm not
as scared to die any more

Have you shared this experience with others? Yes My dad wants to get as far as me in getting out of body, he's still trying.

What was the best and worst part of your experience? The best part was how easy it was to move and how light I felt
